1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player on the h03apk platform, which allows access to gaming services, deposit and withdrawal functions, and customer support.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on any game, sports event, or gaming product offered on the h03apk platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, loyalty reward, or other incentive provided by h03apk to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from a Player's personal bank account or e-wallet into their h03apk account balance for the purpose of placing bets.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by h03apk to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations and age verification requirements.
• "Platform" refers to the h03apk website accessible at https://h03apk.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.
• "Services" means all gaming products offered by h03apk, including but not limited to online casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games), sports betting, togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery), sabung ayam (online cockfighting betting), and other entertainment products.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's h03apk account balance to their personal bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register and use h03apk services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. h03apk strictly prohibits underage gambling and will immediately terminate accounts found to belong to individuals under 21.
• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling activities or listed on any gambling exclusion register.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of h03apk complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. h03apk operates under international licensing and is hosted offshore; we do not provide legal advice regarding your local gambling laws.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an account on h03apk, you must:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
2. Choose a unique username and strong password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by uploading a clear, legible copy of your government-issued identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license). This step is mandatory before making your first withdrawal.
4. Agree to receive communications from h03apk, including promotional emails, transaction confirmations, and important account notifications.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on h03apk. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts.
• Void all bets, cancel all bonuses, and confiscate winnings derived from duplicate accounts.
• Return only the original deposited funds (if any) to the verified account holder after deducting any bonuses and fraudulent winnings.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are expressly prohibited from using h03apk services:

• Employees of h03apk, our affiliates, partners, game providers, or payment processors, and their immediate family members.
• Professional bettors or individuals using automated betting systems, bots, or software to gain unfair advantage.
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal and enforced.
• Individuals who have previously been banned or excluded from h03apk for violating these Terms.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

h03apk accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, but exceptionally large deposits (exceeding Rp 100,000,000) may be subject to additional verification for security and anti-money-laundering compliance.

3.3 Deposit Processing Time

Most deposits are credited to your h03apk account balance instantly. In rare cases where technical delays occur, deposits will be credited within 15 minutes. If your deposit does not appear within this timeframe, contact our customer support team immediately via live chat or email.

3.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your h03apk account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. h03apk reserves the right to request proof of the source of your funds (bank statements, employment records, tax documents) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.

3.5 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or other individuals) are strictly prohibited. If we detect third-party deposits, we reserve the right to void all related bets, confiscate winnings, and return funds to the original depositor after identity verification.

3.6 No Deposit Fees

h03apk does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose standard interbank transfer fees (typically Rp 2,500 - Rp 6,500 per transaction). These third-party fees are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless an alternative arrangement is mutually agreed upon due to technical limitations. Supported withdrawal methods include all Indonesian banks and e-wallets listed in Section 3.1.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Daily withdrawal limits are as follows:

• Bronze Tier: Rp 10,000,000 per day
• Silver Tier: Rp 25,000,000 per day
• Gold VIP Tier: Unlimited (subject to balance verification for amounts exceeding Rp 100,000,000)

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

h03apk processes withdrawals according to the following timelines:

• Bronze Tier (Standard Members): 1-4 hours during business hours (9 AM - 11 PM WIB)
• Silver Tier: 1-2 hours
• Gold VIP Tier: Instant processing (typically under 15 minutes)

Withdrawals requested outside business hours or during Indonesian public holidays may experience slight delays but will be processed within 24 hours.

4.4 KYC Verification for Withdrawals

Your first withdrawal request will trigger mandatory KYC verification. You must upload a clear copy of your government-issued ID and may be required to provide proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method (screenshot of bank account or e-wallet profile). Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Subsequent withdrawals will not require re-verification unless there are significant changes to your account or payment methods.

4.5 Wagering Requirement for Deposits

To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least 1x (one time) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place a minimum of Rp 500,000 in total bets before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to the deposited amount only, not to winnings.

4.6 Bonus Wagering Requirements

If you have accepted any bonus offers, you must complete the associated wagering requirements before withdrawing funds. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. For detailed bonus terms, refer to Section 5 below.

4.7 No Withdrawal Fees

h03apk does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet may impose standard interbank transfer fees (typically Rp 2,500 - Rp 6,500). These third-party fees are beyond our control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are offered at h03apk's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Not all Players are guaranteed to receive bonuses. Eligibility may depend on factors including account status, deposit history, gaming activity, and compliance with these Terms.

5.2 Bonus Types

h03apk offers various types of bonuses, including but not limited to:

• Welcome Bonus: First deposit match bonus available to new Players (typically 100% up to Rp 1,000,000).
• Reload Bonus: Deposit match bonuses on subsequent deposits (terms vary).
• Cashback Bonus: Weekly refunds of net losses (typically 5-10% depending on VIP tier).
• Loyalty Rewards: Points-based rewards earned through gameplay, redeemable for bonuses or other benefits.
• Birthday Bonus: One-time annual bonus granted on the Player's birthday (tier-based, ranging from Rp 50,000 to Rp 500,000).

5.3 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) that must be completed before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must bet before bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable. Common wagering requirements include:

• Welcome Bonus: 30x (bonus + deposit amount)
• Reload Bonus: 25x (bonus + deposit amount)
• Cashback Bonus: 1x (cashback amount only)
• Birthday Bonus: 15x (bonus amount only)

Example Calculation: If you deposit Rp 100,000 and receive a 100% welcome bonus (Rp 100,000 bonus), your total balance is Rp 200,000. With a 30x wagering requirement on (bonus + deposit), you must place Rp 6,000,000 in total bets before withdrawing any funds.

5.4 Game Weighting

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game weighting is as follows:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette): 10% contribution
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution (settled bets only)
• Table Games (Video Poker, non-live): 20% contribution

Example: If you wager Rp 100,000 on slots, Rp 100,000 counts toward your wagering requirement. If you wager Rp 100,000 on live blackjack, only Rp 10,000 counts toward your wagering requirement.

5.5 Maximum Bet Limits

While clearing bonus wagering requirements, you must not exceed a maximum bet limit of Rp 50,000 per spin/hand/bet. Bets exceeding this limit may void your bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.6 Bonus Forfeiture

You may forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Upon forfeiture, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account. Only your original deposited funds (if any remain) will be available for withdrawal.

5.7 Bonus Abuse

h03apk reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Collusion with other Players to exploit bonuses.
• Using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging strategies).
• Withdrawing immediately after meeting minimum wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed by the h03apk system. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirming. We will not cancel or modify bets after confirmation except in cases of obvious system errors (e.g., grossly incorrect odds, duplicate bets due to technical glitch).

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the governing sports body. If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned:

• Pre-match bets on matches that do not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live bets are settled based on the score at the time of suspension unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules.
• If a match result is later overturned due to disciplinary action (e.g., match-fixing disqualification), bets will be re-settled based on the revised official result.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

Casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer protocols to ensure fairness. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game's information screen. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnect during a game round:

• Slots: The game round will be completed automatically using the last confirmed action. Results will be recorded and displayed upon reconnection.
• Live Casino: If disconnection occurs during an active hand, the dealer will complete the hand according to standard house rules. Your stake remains valid and the result will be settled normally.

6.4 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and confiscation of winnings:

• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across multiple platforms to guarantee profit.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, or software to place bets automatically.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Late Betting: Placing bets after the outcome is already known due to delayed odds updates.
• Chip Dumping: Intentionally losing to another Player in poker or table games to transfer funds.

7. Account Security and Responsible Gaming

We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

h03apk and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from interruptions, downtime, or technical failures.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results, odds, or platform content caused by third-party software providers.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect login credentials.
• Changes in local laws that affect your ability to use our services.

In no event shall h03apk's total liability to you exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 5,000,000, whichever is lower.

10. Dispute Resolution

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue amicably within 14 business days. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through internal processes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which h03apk is licensed and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to Terms

h03apk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

12. Account Closure and Termination

h03apk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You engage in abusive behavior toward staff or other Players.
• You are found to be using multiple accounts or prohibited betting practices.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance derived from legitimate deposits and winnings will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding bonuses, fees, or amounts related to Terms violations. Accounts closed due to fraud or serious violations may result in permanent forfeiture of all funds.
